Senior / Executive, Office of Clinical Informatics (Contract till 31st Jul 2025)

Broad Function
The role of the Executive, Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI), is to plan, execute and support the functions of the office. He/She will work closely with the Chief Medical Informatics Officer (CMIO) and the Deputy Director & Manager, OCI and other clinicians and stakeholders in improving patient care through the application of clinical informatics.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Specific

• Designing and building of analytics contents for end users who requires data from Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) for WH Go-Live, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison point of contact between end-users and the various implementation teams to coordinate and carry out project activities relating to NGEMR implementation (including testing, validation, training, user access management).
• Provide support to develop, implement and manage data governance processes and policies pertaining to NGEMR and other relevant stakeholders.

General

• Provide support when needed to other administrative OCI functions apart from primary assigned scope of work (includes secretariat duties, supporting NGEMR Go-Live activities).
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Chairman, Medical Board and/or Deputy Director/Manager, OCI.

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Computer sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Math or healthcare related areas.
• 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare informatics, NGEMR (Epic), data science, analytics and/or project management is preferred for Executive
• At least 6 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare informatics, NGEMR (Epic), data science, analytics and/or project management is preferred for Senior Executive
• Proficiency with SQL and relational database concepts preferred.
• Certification for Epic modules such as Cogito preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while handling multiple projects.
• Good analytical skills, resourceful and innovative in problem-solving.
