Responsibilities
- Develop Heat and Mass Balance for Water & Steam Cycle
- Develop P&IDs, System Descriptions, Equipment List, Valve List & other documents related to process/piping systems of water steam cycle
- Lead/Cooperate for developing general arrangement
- Review/Prepare technical specifications of water steam cycle equipment such as steam turbine generator, bypass valve, superheater, deaerator, condenser, heat exchangers, pumps & valves
- Review suppliers’ technical proposals and provide technical evaluation
- Review deliverables from vendors
- Lead outsourcing engineers in process design, equipment layout and piping designs
- Prepare for commissioning and testing plan and performance test plan of WSC system.
- Attend technical meetings with various stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 5-10 years of experience in Power plant and/or Waste-to-Energy EPC projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong EPC background
- Able to attend meeting with European partners after normal working hours occasionally
- Able to multi-task in a fast pace working environment
- Open minded and able to adopt different ideas for implementations
- Team player
