Job Description Summary

• The incumbent will collaborate with various external and internal stakeholders to ensure all work documentations are in order. The incumbent will develop a strong stakeholder management skill and participate in managing and controlling of implementation on aircraft within MRTT Program.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Liaise with RSAF on Contract Administration.
• Manage & Control aircraft scheduled servicing including preparation of all documentations & materials.
• Liaise with customer on robbing of LRUs & follow up with paperwork.
• Review of work documents & planning changes notices.
• Raise & issue aircraft job instruction, update aircraft record on return of job instruction.
• Coordinate with external agencies for associated works.
• Manage & control of all MOD/SI/STI/LTO/SIR implementation on aircraft which includes Man-hours for jobs carried out under O & A.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum O/N/A Levels
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• Experienced in administrative work

• The incumbent reports to Manager, Programme
