Job Description Summary
- The incumbent will collaborate with various external and internal stakeholders to ensure all work documentations are in order. The incumbent will develop a strong stakeholder management skill and participate in managing and controlling of implementation on aircraft within MRTT Program.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Liaise with RSAF on Contract Administration.
- Manage & Control aircraft scheduled servicing including preparation of all documentations & materials.
- Liaise with customer on robbing of LRUs & follow up with paperwork.
- Review of work documents & planning changes notices.
- Raise & issue aircraft job instruction, update aircraft record on return of job instruction.
- Coordinate with external agencies for associated works.
- Manage & control of all MOD/SI/STI/LTO/SIR implementation on aircraft which includes Man-hours for jobs carried out under O & A.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum O/N/A Levels
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
- Experienced in administrative work
