MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure to hit the target of 90 call per day with an average handling time of 2.5 min
- Attend to patients’ enquiries and provide any clarifications
- Provide relevant service information to callers
- Assist in appointment making for callers
- Maintain basic telephone standards are adhered to
- Ensure general maintenance of work station.
- Assist in phone call reminders and provide resolutions
GENERAL
- Assists in clinic surveys with PR department
- Serves in relevant committee as assigned
- Ensures general housekeeping and cleanliness is maintained
- Be involved in quality improvement efforts, eg 6S
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive
