Patient Service Associate

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure to hit the target of 90 call per day with an average handling time of 2.5 min
• Attend to patients’ enquiries and provide any clarifications
• Provide relevant service information to callers
• Assist in appointment making for callers
• Maintain basic telephone standards are adhered to
• Ensure general maintenance of work station.
• Assist in phone call reminders and provide resolutions

GENERAL

• Assists in clinic surveys with PR department
• Serves in relevant committee as assigned
• Ensures general housekeeping and cleanliness is maintained
• Be involved in quality improvement efforts, eg 6S
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive
