The job-holder will support staff wellness and engagement matters for NHG HQ and lead the planning and execution of assigned events and programmes.
Job Description:
Assist in facilitating the creation of an engaged workforce in alignment with NHG’s vision. This will be achieved through the following:
- Assist and/or lead in the planning of workplace health, staff engagement and welfare initiatives and events to support NHG’s focus
- Assist and/or lead in the execution of events and initiatives according to plan
- Assist and/or lead in the evaluation of the effectiveness of such events and initiatives
- Measure and review the effectiveness and impact of engagement initiatives
- Take charge of procurement, payment and logistics matters for initiatives rolled out by the team
In the course of performing the above, the following non-exhaustive list of activities will be required:
- Assist and/or lead in the management of vendors to facilitate success of each event and/or initiative
- Assist and/or lead in the design and broadcast staff communications for event publicity
Other Ad-Hoc Assignments
- Undertake other HR-related projects in the capacity of project lead or participating member.
Job Requirements:
(a) Education/Training/Experience
- Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of additional software such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop will be advantageous.
(b) Personal Attributes
- An energetic, innovative, and meticulous individual with exemplary planning and execution skills and able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to embrace and initiate change for organization development.
