Manager, Operations (JOINT)

The Challenges

To support the delivery of hospital-defined strategic goals and initiatives on Oncology Care Framework though administration of collaboration, clinical operations supports, service contract and business strategy projects in relation to Oncology services for TTSH and NHG.

To work closely with the HOD(s), clinical department(s) and is responsible for the planning, development and management of resources within the department(s) to meet the department’s/hospital’s objectives in delivery of patient care. To actively support the department(s) by providing timely departmental performance reporting and actively planning, implementing and managing initiatives and solutions towards determined objectives.

To support the Assistant Director and play a key role in assisting him/her to drive, develop and manage the clinic operations.

The Requirements

• A good degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant working experience. Exposure to, or experience in healthcare finance, practical knowledge or ownership of hospital operations, and project management carry added advantage 
• Fluent in English and have a flair for numbers
• A team player, ability to exercise prompt initiatives, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
