Executive

Job Description:

• Responsible for smooth operation of all inventory related activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor production activities, demands and forecasts to anticipate inventory purchases, problem or shortages.
• Raise purchase requisition orders for purchases and services as per production activities and forecasts.
• Update files and prepare reports to reflect inventory status, cost estimates and performances.
• Manage all inventory tracking and oversee purchases, deliveries, stock levels.
• Review inventory holdings on obsolete, damaged, expired and aged stock and follow through on the clearance.
• Perform statistical analysis on demand patterns and purchase trends, deliveries to improve and maintain inventory at optimal level.
• Manage BOM
• Perform system process for material master data update, transfers and batch management of inventory etc.
• Coordinate with Warehouse on stock take exercises and other warehouse related matters etc.
• Raise work orders and purchase requisition orders for all outsource service jobs and ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure that materials are issued timely to vendors for the service jobs.
• Prepare cost estimate and perform cost roll-up.
• Perform indentation or return-of-spares to system
• Update and prepare reports on jobs status
• Requires close coordination with Procurement, Warehouse, QA and vendors  
•  Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, inventory management or related discipline
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Having knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management is advantageous.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude, dependable team player and able to work independently.
• Proficient in office productivity tools (Excel, Word and PPT), preferably with SAP knowledge.
• Able to interpret technical drawings.
