Job Description:

• Position oversees clinical care and supervises direct patient-care staff
• Unrestricted FL RN license required**
• Prior nursing administration experience required**
• Current CPR required**
• Excellent working knowledge of FL LTC regs strongly preferred
• Excellent organization skills required**
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required**
• Excellent clinical skills required**
