Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer after the sale as assigned.
- Build and maintains relationship with customer and other suppliers associated with the Project.
- Participate in the quotation process and provides project management related information such as schedules and budgets.
- Provide the technical overview and participates in decisions that will have an effect on project safety, schedule or cost.
- Establishe a realistic project schedule and monitors compliance with the defined project objectives and project management processes to ensure the timely completion of project milestones and costing, and final delivery.
- Facilitate communications between managerial, functional teams and customer boundaries to ensure that issues are identified and incorporated into schedules and processes.
- Oversee 5 – 20 employees depending on size and scope of project.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any engineering fields
- Demonstrate effectiveness in project negotiations, multi-site interfaces and commercial management of contracts, supplier quality systems and development and implementation of project management strategies.
- Exhibit Leadership and Team Building experience with the ability to motivate a diverse group of people to successfully complete team objectives.
- Must have PC skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, project, and presentation software.
