Position Summary
As a key member of the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness (PCW) – Digital & Technology team, this role will join a dynamic organization committed to the acceleration of business growth, enhancement of the customer experiences, and enablement of operational efficiencies by powering CVS Health to be a ‘digital first, technology forward and data driven’ company. The Lead Director, Operations Strategy will serve as the Chief of Staff to the SVP, Chief Digital & Technology Officer – PCW and support the Office of the CDTO – PCW and PCW Digital & Technology leadership team. This highly visible leadership role will lead integrated planning, internal communications, and performance reporting as well as driving key strategic initiatives for the PCW Digital & Technology organization.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience within a technology environment, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role influencing enterprise business decisions.
- Project management experience required, PMP preferred.
- Senior level understanding of technology and operations with ability to solve complex problems and drive cross-functional change; think and act strategically.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder client environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to convey information in an accessible, concise, and clear manner.
- Highly collaborative and communicative team player with experience working in fast-paced, multi-functional team environments.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and initiatives simultaneously, while staying organized and prioritizing work according to the team strategy and goals
- Track record of successful project management, time management, and organizational skills for multifaceted complex projects, highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Approaches challenges with a sense of urgency, ability to work well under pressure and take direction.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 – $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
