IT System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day infrastructure for in-house activities and management
• Monitor and administrate infrastructure services within win systems environment
• Coordinate with vendor and stakeholders for service request and incident resolutions
• Resolve technical problems from opening until closure with minimum supervision
• Regularly maintain up-to-date documentations for infrastructure activities 
• Participant in maintenance window when required after office hours and weekend support when required

Requirement

• Diploma in IT / relevant field or higher
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT System Infrastructure
• Good working knowledge experience in implementation / maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Good communication skills, be meticulous, organized in your work and be able to work well with tight deadlines
• Additional advantage if you possess skillsets in System/Network Certs, IT Security Skillsets 
• Working location is in Jurong East
• Singaporeans Only
