Division Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and to provide direction to the staff reporting to him/her in the Division
- Manage and to be a mentor to the staff in their career development and progression
- Responsible for the Division P&L
- Provide strategic direction to accelerate business growth and profit through generating new opportunities
- Identify potential partnerships and opportunities to drive new growth areas, acquire new businesses and new customers
- Formulate value propositions to articulate solutions and services differentiations
- Create and deliver demonstrations, pitches and sales materials
- Lead and execute negotiations and tenders
- Prepare documents and information for requests for proposals(RFPs) and requests for information(RFIs)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, ICT related areas or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience with proven track record of achieving outstanding results in a business development role, project management and/or leading a team
- Strong in project management and technical understanding of cyber security technologies, solutions and services for Cyber Security Threat Monitoring and Hunting, VAPT, Cyber Security Training, Cyber Range, and/or Cyber Forensics will be desirable
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, intellectually curious, meticulous and highly motivated with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition.
- Strong desire and ability to identify, understand and solve customers’ pain points.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to provide constructive suggestions on strategic initiatives
