Aircraft Engine Tester

Purpose of the Job:

• To perform CFM56/ LEAP 1A/ LEAP 1B engine testing/ QEC build and packing

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Conduct engine rigging and preparation before engine test.
• Perform engine testing and troubleshooting of engine test issues.
• Conduct engine de-rigging, QEC build and packing for engine output.
• Perform engine test cell facility and equipment maintenance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in engine test procedures and productivity

Reporting Relationships:

• This position reports to Production Manager, Commercial Ops

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Aerospace Engineering
• A minimum of 2 years in aircraft engine assembly experience
• Ability to work on shifts when necessary
• Previous experience of working in an engine test environment of similar background would be advantageous.
