Responsible for executing the functions of Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (aEHS), Enterprise
Risk Management (ERM), Hospital Utilisation I Quality Statistics and Quality & Other Related Matters in YH.
A. SPECIFIC (80%)
Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS)
- Coordinate annual review of JCl/ISO controlled documents of Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS)
- Collate and compile hospital-wide quality information for uploading into AH Intranet for dissemination and decision-making
- Coordinate the annual IT Table Top exercises for crisis management
- Coordinate the quarterly YH Care Standards Audits and reports findin s to YH JCl
- Committee and Quality Council (QC)
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Coordinate bi-annual review of ERM forms for updating of YH ERM Re ister
- Provide support to Secretariat of YH ERM Committee
- Assist to organize annual Table Top Exercise (TTX) on IT outage risk
- Prepare bi-annual YH ERM newsletter for publication
Hospital Utilisation I Quality Statistics
- Generate, verify and submit monthly, quarterly and annual hospital-wide operation and statistical reports to MOH
- Provide statistical information to external authorities (e. g. press media, other healthcare institutions, etc)
Healthcare Performance & Value Office (HPVO)
- Assist to oversees the implementation of the National Standards for Healthcare (NSHC)
- Work with departments on the VDC initiatives to ensure that value-conscious care is delivered consistently
- Assist to facilitate evaluation of performance through validation & submission of data to MOH & NHG
- Gather and monitor Indicators of Concerns (IOC)/self-assessment/Pay-for Performance (P4P)/value indicators
Quality & Kaizen Related
- Provide support (e. g. Secretariat, Assistant to Secretariat, Member) to quality committees in YH, e. g. aC, Safety Committee and Green & Sustainability Committee
- Embrace continuous improvement as our way of life by improving and refining work performance on a daily basis
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience related to data or quality improvement work in MNC, and/or public service sectors (preferably healthcare)
- Prior experience working in a fast paced environment
