We are a full-service property management company that provides property management services for multi-family properties, single-family homes, condominiums, homeowners associations, receiverships, and mutual water companies. We provide these services to many people throughout Kern County, including in the areas of Bakersfield, Tehachapi, Delano, Shafter, Lake Isabella, Taft, Lamont, Arvin, and McFarland. We are an Accredited Management Organization (AMO), certified through The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). We have THREE Property Supervisors in our office, TWO of which hold the IREM designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM), a higher level education in the area of Asset Management and Property Management and two Assistant Property Supervisors. ALL of our Property Supervisors are licensed real estate agents with the Department of Real Estate. Our team of professionals offers over 66 years of combined experience in the property management field. We help make managing your rentals hassle-free, so you can spend your time doing other things.
