Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. The Worldwide Promotions team is responsible for shaping and driving innovative promotional strategies across Retail’s global markets. As part of this team, you will be responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities and transforming insights into impactful promotions that resonate with customers and drive growth.
Description
This role will partner with cross-functional teams to guide promotions from concept to completion, including generating new ideas, developing compelling business cases, presenting well-structured proposals to executive leadership, and ensuring flawless execution. Through strategic analysis, the Promotions Manager will continuously refine efforts to drive ongoing success and reach new customers. • Develop, implement, and manage promotional strategies to drive incremental revenue, increase channel relevance, and reach new customers across all direct channels and regions. • Collaborate with finance, operations, commercial marketing, and product teams to design and implement promotions that align with business goals. • Manage executive approvals for promotional activities, ensuring leadership alignment with brand and cost-effectiveness within scheduled deadlines. • Provide detailed reports and analysis on promotion performance and market trends, offering insights and recommendations for future promotions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years demonstrated ability in a commercial, strategic, or finance role with a focus on offer management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Consistent track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and the capability to balance multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience in the Retail sector, especially in a global role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a diverse team.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for innovative promotional ideas that resonate with global audiences.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate and influence across all levels of an organization.
- MBA/Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
