Are you ready to shape the future of Digital Engineering on a global scale? Parsons Corporation is seeking a visionary leader to take on the role of Vice President of Digital Engineering, a position at the forefront of innovation and transformation. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the advancement of our Digital Engineering Framework (PDEF) and the Parsons Universal Modeling and Analytics (PUMA) Lab, driving the application of cutting-edge Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering solutions.
As the linchpin for our Digital Transformation capabilities within the Defense & Space Engineering Solutions (DSES) sector, this strategic leadership position offers a unique opportunity to not only internally champion the best industry practices but also externally articulate our vision and capabilities to a diverse client base. Your ability to collaborate effectively with key Business Development personnel and technical experts will be instrumental in providing tailored, technical solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
At its core, this role demands a profound commitment to Digital Engineering “Evangelism.” You will be at the forefront of advocating the advantages of Digital Engineering over traditional document-based approaches, promoting knowledge capture, system complexity management, and enhanced product quality. Moreover, you’ll play a pivotal role in educating our technical staff on Digital Engineering fundamentals, ensuring a seamless transition to this transformative approach.
Your expertise will be pivotal in assessing progress, estimating efforts and costs, evaluating technical quality and risk, and ultimately, delivering client-centric solutions that drive change and transformation. As a leader with a digital engineering vision, you’ll oversee program acquisition strategies, envisioning the tools, methodologies, techniques, and capabilities needed to implement Digital Engineering across the entire product lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the formulation, execution, and continuous refinement of the Parsons-wide DE/MBSE strategy
- Plan, implement, and oversee an Agile DE framework that leverages cutting-edge architectural design principles to drive efficiency and innovation across the organization
- Manage the PUMA Laboratory and technical staff to ensure top line performance and successful project execution
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with global partners & business leaders to facilitate the successful delivery and support of solutions, fostering continuous collaboration and growth
- Work with product development teams to continue evolving products to strengthen market position and enter new markets around the world
- Scale and enhance the customer contact center to transform it into a full-service support organization, encompassing onboarding, quality, reviews, training, and more.

- Identify opportunities to increase Customer Lifetime Value through maintenance & support renewals, add-on services, consulting, training, and customer experiences
- Establish processes that result in improved customer experiences and more efficient operations, creating a trusted Shared Client Services model
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels, focusing on growing product adoption and revenue
- Efficiently report operational status to clients and internal teams, including objectives, priorities, risks, and metrics. Simultaneously, communicate plans and progress to senior leadership, the Executive team, and the Board of Directors.
- Drive the design, development, deployment, adoption, and ongoing operation of stage-appropriate integrated digital systems to support and enable the work of end users in functions across the company.
- Develop and manage progress against hiring plans, budgets, and goals.
- Coach, mentor and develop the DE team to achieve desired goals, fostering a culture of empowerment and trust within the team
- Ability to establish culture and structure to support and sustain plans to achieve expected outcomes.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- 7+ Years relevant experience in leadership roles overseeing professional services teams (consulting), Modeling and Simulation delivery, and support organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Math, Physics or equivalent work experience
- Desirable: Master’s in Technical Discipline (Engineering, Math, Computer Science or Physic)
- Proficiency in dynamic and high-tech environments with a track record of establishing new structures and optimizing business processes
- Demonstrated operational understanding and experience in MBSE and Modeling and Simulation
- Experience in the development of Analysis Plans
- Experience leading & managing global initiatives
- Expertise in identifying synergistic opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive growth
- Experience working with financials to manage top and bottom-line performance
- Demonstrated experience in establishing efficient business processes and building high-performing teams to achieve results
- Proven ability to plan and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Extensive experience in leading technically diverse teams across multiple technology disciplines

- Skilled in representing client needs to the team and vice versa, adept at handling informed debate and constructive conflict
- Self-starter with a proven ability to excel in high-pressure situations under tight deadlines
- Agile thinker who can pivot quickly and devise creative solutions to complex problems

Salary Range
$175,100.00 – $334,800.00
This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
