Responsibilities
- Responsible to work with Quality Manager to inspect incoming vehicles
- Able to generate Quality reports for submission to Principal and Customer
- Collaborate with various departmental heads to develop and implement investigation processes and controls
- Ensure case investigators adhere to set procedures and regulations for complaint or case handling
- Conduct performance audits to identify operational leaks and make appropriate adjustments in order to improve work efficiency and service quality
- Ensure operational activities are in compliance with standard operating procedures and regulations
- Work with training/operations department on results of compliance checks if additional training required
- Raise and follow up with discrepancies found during inspection.
- Perform quality inspection for product/parts in accordance to incoming inspection procedures.
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
- NITEC in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- Preferably with hands-on experience in automotive, heavy vehicles
- Preferably with QA (inspection) background
- Able to read and write inspection report in English
- Candidate who possess a valid Class 3 driving licence will have an added advantage
