Job Description

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team of dedicated professionals to provide safe, reliable drone systems and quality services to distinguished customers in Singapore and the region. As part of our engineering support team, you will work closely with our customers to resolve technical issues that occur during the operation of our drone systems. You will also be responsible to maintain the airworthiness of our drone systems.

Work Hour:

5 days work, 3 weekdays and 2 weekends.
Weekdays : 8am-5.30pm;

Weekends: 6.30am to 12pm; 3pm to 6pm 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Issues Resolution: You will work closely with our customers and provide first line technical support to resolve issues with customers’ drone systems. Field work is required.
• Maintenance and Repair of Drone Systems: You will be responsible to perform maintenance routines on Drone Systems. On-site field work is required. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Drone Systems. You will also generate maintenance reports and track rectification of issues.
• Creation and Upkeep of Manuals: You will be responsible to generate and update Maintenance Manuals and User Manuals. You will create preventive maintenance policies and user guidelines based on field experience and customer feedbacks.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in aviation or drone industry is preferred
• Good troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
• Good customer handling skills
• Good written and verbal skills
• Class 3/3A Driving License is preferred
• 5 days workweek including weekend
