As a Chemical Processing Operator, you will control equipment and systems to pre-treat hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Including:
- Performing sample testing and lab work, and then performing the chemical treatment required
- Loading and unloading bulk and containerized materials using light equipment.
- Operating chemical process equipment, filter presses, and filtration systems.
You may also
- Perform daily inspections of facility and storage tanks.
- Process inbound and outbound paperwork including customer manifests.
- Operate equipment to empty oil drums and transfer solids and fluids to storage tanks.
- Manage solids and chemical-treated fluids in a storage facility.
- Performs general housekeeping, including cleaning tankers, and maintenance of equipment and site.
What you need to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
