Compass Clinical Associates, located in Urbandale, Iowa, is seeking full time Independently Licensed Master’s and Doctoral Level Therapists (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologists) to join our well-established multidisciplinary therapy practice.
We are an independent, free standing, outpatient mental health group practice clinic committed to serving the diverse needs of our central Iowa Community, as well as those we serve across the entire state. We serve people of all ages, across the life cycle. We partner with other agencies and universities, churches and religious organizations and are often asked to provide training and consultation to Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, Juvenile Court, Educational and Community organizations.
Our practice is comprehensive and includes a collegial and experienced team of mental health professionals:
- Therapy Team of 17 independently licensed social workers, 6 independently licensed mental health clinicians, 3 licensed psychologists.
- Medical team of 1 psychiatrist, 5 Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, and two registered nurses.
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatment team, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatrist, Registered Nurse, Full-Time TMS Technician.
