Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting with system users to understand the scope of project requirements
• Drafting of test plan and procedures
• Perform stress testing, performance testing & functional testing
• Reviewing documentation & provide quality assurance
• Providing objective feedback to software development project teams
• Presenting findings to software development and business user teams

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Software Engineering or relevant fields
• Knowledge in software testing and development 
• Competent in writing test scripts, running manual and automated tests
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and white-box testing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Possess organizational skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines
