Job Summary
Havel is seeking a Temperature Sales Representative in our Detroit, MI office. In this position, you will be responsible for selling building automation system add-ons, upgrades, and installations to General Growth Properties by providing innovative solutions, timely quotations and accurate estimates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Annually quote, book and achieve gross margins goals.
- Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to provide the organization the opportunity to be as competitive as possible.
- Comply with set ISO standards.
- Properly control total cost so that the Division operates profitably.
- Maintain monthly planning calendar to provide a means of tracking projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a related business preferred with a proven, verifiable, successful record of accomplishment.
- We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales.
- Have the ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales processes.
- Proven record of sales capabilities.
- Must be willing to travel on a regular basis
- Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills.
