Job Description
- As technical manager, you will be the Senior Technical leader and subject matter expert engaged in the development and delivery of our in-house developed cybersecurity products.
- The role will be responsible for the overall technology strategy, architecture/design and management of our in-house developed cybersecurity products. At the senior level, he/she will be expected to manage technical resources for the product development.
- The role may require working actively in partnership with the wider project team
- You will also work on optimising resources to meet product development constraints taking into account such concerns as Client budget, skills availability, and complexity of the solution.
- Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering in computer science, information technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Information Technology field managing software development products/projects
- (Good to have) Knowledge or hands-on experience working with cryptography and/or networking technologies
- (Good to have) Knowledge or hands-on experience working with embedded systems
- Ability to manage with minimal supervision and work in a deadline driven environment
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Good leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities well
- Align, organize and plan activities and tasks in an Agile way for and with the worldwide team
- Singaporean only
