System Manager (Network Security)

The System Manager, Network Security Infrastructure will support planning, implementation and maintenance of security infrastructure. He/She will be responsible for managing day-to-day operation of the network security infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance of the system. He/She will oversee governance processes to ensure alignment with organization’s policies and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support operations and governance activities aligned to critical security infrastructures and platforms based on industry standard tools and technologies.
• Conduct regular progress reporting, obsolescence and vulnerabilities tracking, security audits and log reviews.
• Coordinate and work with respective teams/vendors on vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, patch management, obsolescence management, asset management.
• Plan and participate in audit exercise, risk and impact assessment, gap analysis and rectifications.
• Assist users in problem management and ensure timely incident and problem resolution.
• Plan and manage tech refresh, software upgrades and ensure proper documentation of configurations and systems specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience supporting and managing IT security infrastructure in enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of security concepts and technologies with a preference for experience in Endpoint Protection, Identity Access Management, Authentication, PKI and Certification Management.
• Experience in leading or driving operations and governance activities such as VA/PT, obsolescence management, asset management, patch management, security audit, tech refresh.
• Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently and as a team player with analytical, problem-solving and planning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to communicate effectively with senior management, users and vendors.
• Industry related certification preferred (e.g. Project Management, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
