What to Expect
The Associate Manager, Plant Operations Inventory and Administration will be a critical piece to the Plant Operations team. This position will report directly to the Manager of Plant Operations. We are looking for an experienced industrial leader to take over our growing Inventory team and continue to develop our 24/7 Administration and Dispatch team.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all parts, spares, and consumable inventory for all departments within the Plant Operations, Workplace, and Construction organizations
- Oversee the administration team responsible for all work order processing, CMMS administration, and document control
- Work with cross functional teams to consolidate all inventory control and standardize processes across all teams
- Develop industry best inventory control processes and procedures and enforce adherence
- Compile, verify, and report monthly statistical information to management regarding inventory trends
- Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing materials and equipment
- Collaborate with procurement and vendors to maintain adequate material levels to prevent shortages
- Coordinates with factory receiving sites for onsite deliveries
- Develop CMMS purchasing processes and use available resources to increase efficiency through automation where possible
- Supervise a team of 4 Inventory technicians and 10+ Administration professionals and provide their daily work direction, training, performance evaluations
- Complies with all regulatory requirements in areas including safety, quality, and finance
What You’ll Bring
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP/WMS fundamentals related to Material Master and Inventory Control Modules
- 5-10 years of experience in an warehouse inventory control, logistics, supply chain management preferably in a manufacturing environment
- 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role
- Experience with Engineering BOM (EBOM) & Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) structure and changes
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite, and familiarity with visualization tools such as Power Bi and Tableau
- Familiarity with Lean principles and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus
- Ability to lift 20-50 lbs
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must interface effectively and professionally with other internal and external functions
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal

Expected Compensation
$72,000 – $210,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
