Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all on-site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• Supervise and provide direction to construction workers, ensuring that they adhere to safety regulations and follow project plans.
• Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Keep accurate records of all project activities, including daily logs, time sheets, and material usage.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the project site.
• Ensure that all work is completed within the specified timeline and budget.
• Provide regular progress reports to the project manager and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Experience in managing exterior renovation projects, including roofing, siding, and painting.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
