As a Strategic Client Advisor, you will focus on leading superior operational, project management, reporting, metric tracking and solutions to specific Employer clients. You will be the day to day operational face to your clients; responsible for working on and leading strategic and tactical projects for assigned accounts, as well as internal project initiatives. In this role you will lead Account Management initiatives with a strong focus on enhancing the service and implementing process improvements on items we provide to your clients, as well as provide oversight, guidance and mentoring for other Account Management team members to drive overall improvement in the skill sets needed to support and manage service delivery to our clients. You will also identify and implement departmental standard methodologies to ensure your clients, and by extension our teams, success.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of work experience with client facing and operational functions such as benefit plan set-up, eligibility, member communications, membership operations (CDH), retail networks and reporting2+ years of demonstrated experience presenting to large strategic clients
- At least 1 year of project management experience and experience with leading projects
- Ability to actively identify solutions to enhance client delivery, operational efficiency, and lead implementation of items is preferred
- Exceptional partnership and leadership skills across departments with experience in leading technical and non-technical projects
- Strong organizational, time management, reporting, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with high demand, little to no guidance on complex issues and accounts
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Relevant Experience Required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 – $130,000.00.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
