Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Technical Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Technical Project Management, Agile Methodologies, and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Utilize agile methodologies to manage projects and ensure that all team members are working collaboratively and efficiently
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure that all third-party deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Participate in project reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve project outcomes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technical Project Management, with a focus on product engineering and development
• Strong technical background, with experience in SAP, PLM, Product Lifecycle Management, and Test Management
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with Product Engineering Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience managing projects using these methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• IPMA certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
