Where you fit in
The Sr Revenue Integrity Analyst will project- manage, lead Quality Improvement efforts, and financially analyze a Service Line’s charge capture data and processes with the end result of accurate and compliant documentation, coding, and revenue capture while optimizing reimbursement and promoting operational efficiencies.
Your exceptional skills
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office for communication, internet access, database development, financial analyses, and report generation
- Experience and general knowledge with medical terminology and anatomy/physiology
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- General understanding of the various charging and coding systems in healthcare
- Ability to demonstrate continuous personal development and improvement

- Understand general QIP principles, have the ability to report key improvement data, and show progress towards department goals
Your exceptional qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing or other medical related field required. In lieu of the education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- Four (4) or more years of healthcare experience in the clinical setting or in medical record review, coding, and/or billing required. Quality Improvement [QIP] training and Project Management experience preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) , American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certificate, medical coding certification through AAPC and/or AHIMA:CPC, CPC-H, CPC-I, CPC-A, CCSP, CCS, Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Radiology Coding Certification (RCC) strongly preferred
- Previous experience in Radiation and/or Medical Oncology clinical care or coding is strongly preferred
