This Product Manager will be part of a team that is focused on delivering a highly scalable platform that enables growth of current and future products and services to our customers and partners. In this role you will lead internal and supplier engagements across Supply Chain, Engineering and other stakeholders while diving deep into the technology and operations from a product standpoint.

What You’ll Do

• You will build systems for vendors, planners, and buyers to develop strategies to reduce cost, cut risk, protect continuity of supply, and streamline the distribution of parts across Tesla network
• Work with engineering team to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenarios
• Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and utilize them in   decision making processes
• Prioritize between existing versus new features and enhancements, architectural improvements and operational excellence
• Need to build use cases, business process flow charts and conduct User    acceptance test and product quality sign-off and product documentation
• Manage product escalations and support knowledge transition

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or MBA preferred, or equivalent in experience. Preferable in Supply chain domain
• 10+ years of experience in product management, developing systems for supply chain teams.
• Need to have domain experience in Supply chain, network planning, inventory optimization.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions
• SQL skills and exposure on API based systems integration platforms
• Ability to successfully work with cross range of teams including IT engineering, business stakeholders and end users
• Good understanding and working experience in technology development best practices (such as, Agile, etc.) and product management technologies

Expected Compensation

$80,000 – $264,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
