TTSH Operations Command Centre (Senior Patient Information Associate)

Assess and follow through bed requests in accordance to the bed allocation workflows.
Ensure smooth operations of Operations Command Centre operations which include the
core function / operations of Bed Management Unit (BMU).
Update Bed Management Unit operational reports and assist in the preparation of
Operations Command Centre management reports.
Demonstrate good telephone skills, in line with Service Excellence Standards.
Familiar with measures to tackle bed tight situation
