Marketing Partnerships, Alliances, and Card Services (MPACS) develops innovative and inspirational marketing partnerships with top-tier global brands! As part of MPACS, the Branded Card Services team collaborates with premier brands in the financial and payment industries.
We create and cultivate direct-to-consumer relationships with our most strategic customer segment by running the co-branded credit card business, which is both an operating unit and a cross-business unit loyalty program. Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, the Senior Analyst is responsible for performance-driven marketing targeted at prospective new Disney Visa Card members. The role is responsible for data-driven forecasting, performance evaluation, assisting with creative development, and tactic-level marketing execution.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing tactics including creative development, test plans and evaluating test performance, tracking requirements, and tactic implementation
- Lead performance reporting for marketing tactics, including updating forecasts for account volume and cost per acquisition for all prospect marketing tactics
- Identify trends and underlying causes for changes in performance such as site traffic, conversion rates and account approval rate
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years professional experience in marketing or analytical roles
- Experience forecasting results and tracking performance
- Experience analyzing large amount of data, interpreting data trends and reporting findings in a clear and effective manner, verbal or written, using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools
- Expertise with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
- Advanced abilities in Excel (macros and sophisticated formulas)
Preferred Qualifications
- Paid media experience
- Digital marketing experience including paid search, paid and organic social, SEO
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business or related field OR equivalent experience
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $80,500.00 to $103,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
