- Current starting wage of $30.33 per hour – NOT flat/commission pay rate.
- Three-year scheduled progression to top of range, currently $39.91 per hour.
- A.S.E. Master Certification pay of an additional $5.58 per hour.
- Uniforms provided, power tool replacement program, safety shoe & glasses reimbursement.

Position requirements may vary but include providing maintenance for FedEx Express vehicle fleet and ground support equipment, troubleshooting repairs, and/or modifications. Positions are fast paced and rewarding.

Job Requirement
Must have 4 years fleet, automotive or truck vehicle advanced technical repair and maintenance experience.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Possession of applicable licenses and automotive-related vocational training preferred
- ASE Master certification preferred.
