About the Role & Team
Disneyland Resort (DLR) Finance and Revenue Management & Analytics is looking for a forward-thinking team leader who is passionate about delivering quality results and enjoys working closely with commercial partners across the Disneyland Resort on both strategic and tactical challenges.
As an SFA on the Disneyland Resort Sales Finance team, this candidate will use technology, data analytics, and optimization to explore opportunities, shape business decisions, and drive business results. The Sales Analyst role is responsible for managing sales data warehouses across all Walt Disney Domestic Parks & Resorts. The Analyst will serve as the domain expert on sales data, metrics, and the source systems that feed sales data warehouses. The role will focus on continuous improvement of the reporting tools and processes and will be a key partner in reporting projects that span multiple customers.
A successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, critical thinking, ability to communicate across cross-business teams of technology and business leaders, as well as solid partnering and analytical skills, including problem solving and meeting key deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would be a dynamic and flexible who can excel in building relationships, adapting to new systems and projects and getting results.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for the integrity of sales data used in executive reviews, analysis, and ongoing performance & incentive reporting. Perform ongoing data quality activities and analysis on large datasets with complex data flows across multiple systems.
- Identify and implement more efficient and streamlined reporting processes using various tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, etc. along with managing sales data warehouses structures.
- Work on multi-functional project teams to provide requirements, testing, and training for system replacements or upgrades. Project teams usually include the Sales operations team, Technology, Sales Analytics & Insights, and Financial Systems.
- Reconcile Domestic Park & Resorts key metrics
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, analytics, or data mining.
- Proficiency in database and reporting tools such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, MircoStrategy, Business Objects.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple customers to identify areas that data and analytics can contribute to the business.
- Ability to effectively partner across all levels and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience with databases, online data management skills, and data warehousing practices.
- Working knowledge of Tableau, Python, Power BI, and Snowflake.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with concentration in Accounting, Business, Finance, Data Analysis, Engineering, or similar field

The hiring range for this position in California is $101,800.00 to $124,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
