Responsibilities:
- Manage funds receipt from MOH and disbursement of funds to institutions;
- Prepare funding KPIs submission report to management and MOH;
- Assist in the preparation of Group Education budget submission and utilisation;
- Assist in the preparation of financial year end closing and any audits.
The Executive / Senior Executive (Finance) would also be provided with opportunities to be involved in other intra- and inter-departmental projects to achieve the institution’s vision, mission and strategic objectives. This would be done by matching the aspirations and interests of the Executive / Senior Executive (Finance) to the needs of the project.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferably with at least 2 years of work experience
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
- Experience in healthcare, finance or education background would be an advantage

- Possess strong interpersonal skills in working with different groups of stakeholders
- Good organization, coordination and analytical skills
- Meticulous and able to work independently
