ADP is hiring a Sr. Director, IT Operations Management (ITOM) & IT Asset Management (ITAM) Domain Owner, ServiceNow
We have an exciting opportunity to work as the Domain Owner of the IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), as part of the ServiceNow Platform Team. This role will be responsible for leading and driving the ITOM and ITAM domains. The Domain Owner will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define strategic direction, and ensure the successful implementation and continuous improvement of ITOM and ITAM processes and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, asset lifecycle management, and ServiceNow capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) within the ServiceNow platform
- Lead the design & implementation of ITOM (CDMB, service mapping, IT infrastructure management, Service mapping) and ITAM (Software & Hardware asset management), policies, and best practices aligned with the ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Ensure CMDB data quality through effective discovery, provisioning, and regular assessments, leveraging ServiceNow Discovery and other relevant tools
- Drive the implementation of Software Asset Management (SAM) practices, including software visibility, license management, compliance, and optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, design solutions, and drive process improvements within the ITOM and ITAM domains on the ServiceNow platform
- The Domain Owner will lead a team building and running the CMDB & ITOM operations, ITAM Modules (SAM & HAM).
Deliverables:
- Strategic vision and roadmap for ITOM and ITAM domains within the ServiceNow platform
- ITOM and ITAM processes, policies, and best practices documentation tailored for the ServiceNow platform and aligned with the CSDM data model and ADP Ecosystem.
- Successful implementation and configuration of ITOM and ITAM modules within the ServiceNow platform, including Service Mapping and integration with the Enterprise Asset Management and Enterprise Product Catalogue initiatives
- Metrics, dashboards and performance reports to track and measure the effectiveness of ITOM and ITAM operations on the ServiceNow platform
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of ITOM and ITAM processes within the ServiceNow platform
Stakeholders:
- ServiceNow platform team
- ADP internal stakeholder : Business unit and end-users, IT leadership, Product Development teams
- Procurement and Finance departments
- External vendors and service providers: directly involved in vendor relationship, contract management, with ability to influence of functional & technology roadmap

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM, Configuration Management Database CMDB discovery and operations) and IT Asset Management (Software & Hardware Asset Management) roles using ServiceNow
- Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform and its ITOM and ITAM capabilities, including implementation, successful roll-out and adoption including organization change management and daily operation.
- Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) responsibilities, including license management, compliance, and optimization
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, and asset management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans within the ServiceNow platform
- Excellent leadership, communication (Including reporting & communication to senior leadership), and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors
