We are providing supplemental engineering services, including project management and construction management, and commissioning oversight to support a large wastewater infrastructure capital improvement program in Orange County, California.
As a Construction Management Professional, we need you to have ability to provide oversight and management of complex, technical engineering (wastewater/civil/mechanical/electrical/I&C) construction programs and projects in both the design and construction phase. You will lead and advise design and construction project teams; encourage a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with all departments; including stakeholders; advise project team in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost control, schedule control, change management, risk management, and performance; and identify problems, analyze information and develop sound recommendations.
By developing, reviewing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our teams achieve our client’s objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 15+ years of experience as a Resident Engineer, Project Manager or Construction Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization
- 15+ years of construction management experience in the construction of new and/or rehabilitation of wastewater facilities and pipeline projects.
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship
Ideally You Will Also Have:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or CCM

Typical hourly rate for this position is $81.00 – $128.00 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
