WHAT YOU’LL DO: As the Senior Engineering Manager for App Store App, you’ll be at the helm of a dynamic group that works at the intersection of many different teams at Apple. Partnering closely with design, product, and other engineering groups across Apple, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering a strategic roadmap that balances the needs of a diverse set of collaborators. Minimum Qualifications

• 5 + year in a leadership role
• Experience delivering Technical Excellence: A strong technical foundation in building apps on Apple platforms, with experience engaging deeply in architecture and code when needed, ensuring your team is positioned for success.
• Customer-Centric Vision: You’ll bring a passion for improving customer experience at every touchpoint, with the ability to synthesize complex product and technical requirements into comprehensive solutions.
• Track record of Multi-functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with diverse teams, including design, product, and other engineering functions, to build and deliver on shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ year managing other managers
• 5+ years developing iOS, macOS or tvOS applications
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript

Pay & Benefits

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $219,300 and $329,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
