Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Design, develop and support integrations leveraging workday HCM Integrations Platform to enable the critical functions such as recruiting, hiring, compensation and benefits are working as expected for the better employee experience, which is key to the success of Apple’s product delivery. Build integrations to/from a SaaS/cloud-based ERP systems both external and internal to Apple. Develop and deliver 100’s of complex integrations across the platform which will re-define the core business processes for Apple. Create detailed integrations specifications, field mappings and designs to support the entire integration deployment lifecycle. Design and implement approaches for solutions related to HCM, Security, System Architecture and Interfaces to ensure the Apple internal systems and external vendors receive the required data to drive the core HR functionality such as recruiting, retail employee onboarding, compensation planning, Payroll and employee benefits. Monitor scheduled integrations and develop automated management processes to ensure the applications are working as expected without any issues. Research integration failures, perform root cause analysis and develop plans to mitigate failures in future. 40 hours/week. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 5 years of experience with the following:
- Using Workday Integration Patterns: File Based, Report as Service, and REST; experience in Workday web service to build the integrations, and experience leveraging the workday integration platform.
- Using EIB template in workday integration platform, and experience orchestrating data extraction, transforming, delivering, and building integrations leveraging SFTP and HTTP.
- Using Core connectors to build integrations, and experience extracting recent snapshot of data and dated transactions.
- Using Studio to develop the benefits, reports, and web services for complex integrations such as retail onboarding, payroll, and inbound integrations.
- Using Report writing and calc fields in workday integration platform for data extraction and field level logic implementation.
- Using REST services and workday web service to deliver worker and foundation data exchange for a custom integration platform, including experience in workday data for extractions and implementing bulk import.
- Using Workday HCM Absences, Benefits, Comp, Payroll and foundation data to access various data sources and develop integrations.
- Using XML processing and XSLT transformation to extract and import data from Workday, including experience implementing data transformation and business logic.
- Experience in reporting optimization techniques, including experience using indexed data sources with appropriate filter conditions;
- Experience using connector-based integration optimization with appropriate integration configuration and field overrides using calc fields.
