Description
This candidate will join our Information Technology department and work directly with the business to provide high-quality project consultation for Monday.com. We are looking for an organized professional to apply self-initiative, technical quality and creativity, with a strong emphasis on customer commitment, industry best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze commercially available software and perform gap analysis for buy vs. build decisions.
- Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Participate in planning and design sessions with internal business units.
- Follow best practices to influence design and business processes.
- Execute ongoing release management to ensure an informed, efficient, and confident user base.
- Perform technical analysis of existing reusable software components for inclusion in solution.
- Lead code review sessions for artifacts delivered by partners.
- Ensure customizations and plugins are well documented.
- Develop custom components based on user requirements when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or applicable years of experience in lieu of degree.
- 4 years developing business-user-facing applications.
- Monday.com admin certification strongly preferred.
- Monday.com APi certification strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of server-side technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with React (preferred).
- Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies and ability to work with databases such as SQL, Dataverse.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to connect technology solutions to business needs.
- Ability to work independently.
