Description
As a DV Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design verification team in the development and execution of robust verification strategies for sophisticated hardware systems. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance in our products. This role requires a deep understanding of verification methodologies, sophisticated system-level verification techniques, and the ability to build and mentor a team of engineers. We are seeking a DV Manager to lead a dynamic team in the development of industry-leading hardware. Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of BS + 10 years relevant industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM (Universal Verification Methodology).
- In-depth knowledge of digital design principles, verification methodologies, and standard processes.
- Familiarity with CAD tools for testbench automation, coverage analysis, and debugging.
- Experience with verification of high-performance and sophisticated hardware architectures.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Tcl to automate verification tasks.
- Familiarity with FPGA/ASIC development workflows and tools.
- Experience with formal verification tools is a plus.
- Consistent track record to lead and encourage a diverse engineering team, driving collaboration and performance across multiple functional groups.
- Strong communication skills to optimally present technical information and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex technical verification challenges.
