Job Title: SITE LEAD
Job Summary: The ability to manage associates, vendors, perform and assist in maintenance items such as HVAC, Building energy management systems, fire suppression systems, plumbing, electric, kitchen appliances as well as office furnishings Cubicles etc. Inspect exteriors of building roofs, brick, parking, lots etc.. Assist in building contact with all various project type remodeling or upgrades. Must be able to familiarize yourself with building codes. Must always work in a safe and professional manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all client work orders are responded to in a prompt and fashionable manner whether it be vendor or self-performed, and ensure they are closed on a regular basis.
- Managing vendors, on-site employees, shipping, receiving, mail room, pool car management and associated documents, VIA, billing, and reconciliation.
- Monitoring building energy management system to ensure that the building is operating at ultimate performance.
- Evaluate building for normal wear, & tear as well as capital improvements bringing it to the attention of our building contact and work with client to gather pricing if decided to act upon or forecast for the future.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Equivalent
- Mechanical background a plus 3-5 years related experience
- License / Certification not necessary
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. - Must be able to read and comprehend blue prints schematics, mechanical background a plus HVAC equipment, minor plumbing, minor electric etc. .

Physical Demands:
Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. Occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds
Work Environment:
Requires use and exposure to chemicals. Exposure to wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather and extreme heat. Noise level ranges from very quiet to very loud. May be required to wear steel toe boots, safety glasses and hearing protection for work in designated areas within an industrial environment.
