Job Summary: ESS is seeking a Service Project Manager in our Detroit, MI office. In this position you will be responsible for managing customer maintenance agreements, supervising Service Technicians, and the overall success of the division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing customer maintenance agreements and projects
• Supervise all Service Technicians
• Proposal generation for service repairs with customers
• Responsible for HVACR support and safety of the Technicians
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and work as a team player
• Must be organized and possess good time management skills to prioritize workload
• Other duties assigned 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with HVACR systems
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Proficient with HVACR troubleshooting and repairs
• OSHA Safety awareness
• Knowledge of Excel, Word & other Microsoft Office products
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Mathematical and financial skills
• Enjoy business development aspects of networking and attending industry events
• Strong understanding and interest in modern technologies
