The Role
We’re looking for a highly-skilled Senior Technical Narrative Designer to help us build a brand-new AAA multi-platform game. This is a unique opportunity to deliver an innovative and narratively rich experience for one of Netflix’s first generation of internally developed original games.
We’re a team with big ambitions and an obsession with creating memorable game moments that leave players telling their own stories for years to come. We seek new teammates who care deeply about the experiences they create and the people they make them with, who are biased towards action and energized by the learning that comes with bold experimentation at an agile pace.
As a part of Netflix, we strive to hire the best and value integrity, excellence, respect, inclusion, and collaboration. Now is an amazing time to join Netflix as we seek to entertain the world. We have over 230 million paid members in over 190 countries, and we won’t stop there. If this sounds like a dream opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

- Implement robust, maintainable content and features in Unreal/Blueprint.
- Proactively seek out workflow and tool improvements.
- Integrate narrative elements with gameplay mechanics, ensuring seamless storytelling within a multiplayer experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a Technical Narrative Designer.
- 1+ shipped games in UE4/5 as a technical designer, engineer, or technical artist.
- Experience shipping high-quality multiplayer games.
- Expertise with Unreal Engine, especially Blueprint and Sequencer.
- Significant programming ability with C++, C#, Python, Lua, and/or Blueprint.
