Job Description:
- Set-up and operate automated assembly machines independently
- Carry out work in accordance to Process sheet and OWI.
- Perform quality checks on work done with gauging and measurement.
- Troubleshooting of machines during production.
- Labelling, Packing & Palletizing of Parts, Boxes, Pallet, etc.
- Handle/ Shift of parts/ equipment involving the use of lifting equipment (Lifting Tables, Pallet Jacks, Trolley, etc.)
- Meet daily production output.
- Perform in-process inspection.
- Assist in maintenance of the machines.
- Perform daily housekeeping.
- General Ad-Hoc task assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma in Mechantronics/ Mechanical Engineering
- Able to read and interpret product drawing, process and work instruction document with some guidance and OJT.
- Able to complying with Company Policies, Security Regulation and EHS Regulations.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- A good team player and able to work under pressure
