Partner Connect: Senior Partner Delivery Manager
This Senior Partner Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing and executing ongoing multi-disciplinary operating cadence as well as partner development activities with technology and delivery-focused key system integrator partners. The primary focus of this role will be on ERP System Integrator partners, which mainly serve enterprise customers (>5K employees and above). You will leverage your relationship management, business development, project management and leadership expertise to help guide multiple teams, ensuring efficient operations and an overall productive and enjoyable working environment for employees. You will have the ability to work with technology and product teams and projects in a complex, matrixed organization and well versed in building strong and influential relationships and management skills with stakeholders, colleagues and clients in pursuit of delivering high quality services.
This position builds upon the vision to establish a scalable and efficient, partner-led go-to-market business model. It will accelerate ADP’s Compliance Solutions business unit’s growth and drive partner leverage throughout the customer experience journey. This role will work within the Partner Connect team to develop and manage processes and systems across a matrix organization that spans product and technology, program management organization, sales and alliances, implementation, finance, marketing, strategy, and general managers to align and scale the partner business.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with cross-functional teams and build rapport with clients and stakeholders. You are a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills and are comfortable contributing to change management.
Responsibilities:
- Structures, standardizes and improves Compliance Solutions partner operations and enablement processes and models — for both internal and external partners.
- Key components of the responsibilities include content and collateral development, training and enablement of internal and external partners, and process optimization in a cross-functional setting.
- Actively support and contribute to the Partner Program, communications, partner support, partner optimization, and multi-channel communication program efforts internally and externally.
- Participate in partner-facing implementation and playbook methodology development processes – provide leverage to the implementation subject matter experts(SMEs) assigned to the project.
- Leads training, enablement, and certification of partners — particularly for delivery functions such as implementation, integration and product experiences.
- Support alongside alliances team as a point of contact for information and collateral for delivery and product partners that have been enabled, trained and certified on joint methodologies and processes.
- Support ADP hosted partner meetings, conferences and events as needed. Travel 10-15%.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of experience in a Partner development role or client service role, with strong technology and delivery orientation
- 8 years of experience or more in project management, process improvement, product management and experience with field/client relationship partnerships
- Strong partner and client relationship building skills
- Ability to pivot seamlessly while communicating with Partners
- Proficiency in at least 2 out of the following domains:
- Enterprise ERP, ATS and System Integrator ecosystems
- HCM, Payroll and Compliance ecosystems
- Technology industry partner programs
- Ability to connect with and speak the language of various functions such as — technology, sales, implementation, service etc.
- Track record of building, scaling and operating cross-functional relationships with clients or partners in a matrixed environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Experience with Cloud ERP’s – ie Infor, SAP, Workday and Oracle
- Ability to blend product, technology and business strategy to develop vision and strategy for partner success
- Experience working closely with partner operations, partner management, sales, clients, vendors and other partners
- Understanding of ERP market and system integrator eco-system a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
- This role requires the ability to be dynamic and agile. The candidate must be comfortable pivoting on and off various projects
The US base salary range targeted for this job is listed in the compensation section below. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Compensation Range for this role in California is $75,600 – $202,590 / Year
