Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team through all phases from conception to construction and oversee multiple projects at once
• Work as lead architect and project manager while maintaining the project’s success
• Shaping the culture and vision of the firm with Studio Leaders

Skills and Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in Interior Architecture or have an Architecture or Interior Architecture degree
• Strong technical and conceptional design skills
• Ability to mentor junior designers and lead a team to success
• Strong verbal and written communication is a must
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritize certain aspects of projects
