Responsibilities:
- Provide round the clock support (24×7) to crisis and emergency support
- Manage, investigate and resolve complex technical issues and incidents which arise
- Provide technical support during maintenance works, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning
- Prepare and maintain asset maintenance plans and tasks up to date with new equipment and revised maintenance or regulatory requirements
- Mentorship and provide guidance to team members
- Manages the engineering support team daily functions and activity planning
- Proactively engaging with customers on technical query with technical expertise
- Handles customer technical inquiries through telephone, fax, email correspondences in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Generates user manual, wiring diagrams and instructions
- Work with a team comprising of Shift Engineers
- Prepares Monthly reports and utility report for submission to Manager
- Prepare and responsible for audit report
- Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary
- Perform any other duties assigned and assist in ad-hoc tasks by manager
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering/ Building/ Facilities Management or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in mission critical facilities management
- Sxperience in data centre facilities operations
- Strong knowledge in operations and building facilities related system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
